Mortgage Matchup Center has cycled through plenty of names over the decades. One thing has stayed constant: big concert tours still hit the downtown Phoenix arena on the regular.
For years, it’s been a reliable landing spot for arena-sized pop, rock, hip-hop and Latin shows. If an artist can fill a room this size, chances are they’ve spent a night here.
That’s the case again in 2026, with a growing slate of high-profile tours already on the calendar. Here’s every concert announced so far at Mortgage Matchup Center this year.
TWICE
Wednesday, Jan. 28, 8 p.m.
Global K-pop juggernaut TWICE lands in Phoenix with an arena-sized show fueled by glossy hooks and high-octane visuals. The night pulls from the group’s hit-heavy catalog and newer material, transforming Mortgage Matchup Center into a full-scale pop takeover.
TobyMac
Friday, Feb. 13, 7 p.m.
TobyMac brings his Hits Deep Tour to Phoenix, rapturing the arena with pop-infused praise jams built for massive sing-alongs. Crowder and Jeremy Camp open the night, transforming Mortgage Matchup Center into a tent revival writ large.
Valentine’s Super Love Jam
Saturday, Feb. 14, 7:30 p.m.
The Valentine’s Super Love Jam returns to downtown Phoenix with an R&B-heavy lineup featuring Blackstreet, Jon B., Frankie J and MC Magic. The concert packs throwback jams, smooth vocals and enough late-’90s-to-2000s romance to soundtrack every V-Day date night in the building.

Brian Ziff
Cardi B
Sunday, Mar. 1
Cardi B hits downtown Phoenix in early March on her debut headlining arena tour in support of “Am I the Drama?” The Bronx rapper blends newer tracks with catalog staples for a night that’s unapologetically Cardi.
Camila
Saturday, March 7, 8 p.m.
After more than a year on the road, Mexican pop-rock legends Camila return to Phoenix in March with their Regresa Tour, which is rooted in the songs that cemented the trio’s legacy. Hits like “Todo Cambió” and “Abrázame” fill the night.
The R&B Lovers Tour
Saturday, May 2, 8 p.m.
The R&B Lovers Tour rolls into Phoenix with a stacked lineup featuring Keith Sweat, Joe, Dru Hill, Ginuwine and Kut Klose. The night is like a ’90s and early-2000s R&B time warp, layering smooth harmonies, slow-burn grooves, and era-defining hits that still go hard decades later.

Atlantic Records
Alex Warren
Friday, Jun. 5, 7:30 p.m.
Internet-born pop breakout Alex Warren rides his viral momentum into downtown Phoenix on his debut arena tour. Expect a show from the singer-songwriter and YouTuber that leans heavily on “emotional highs, fan engagement and a touch of theatrical flair.”
