On Friday and Saturday night, the team wore their new jerseys, which blend last year's popular Serpientes logo with the Diamondbacks' original purple and teal colors. They'll continue to wear the jerseys during every Friday home game throughout the rest of the 2025 season.
The jerseys are part of the Nike City Connect line of merchandise, which features the company making alternate designs that reflect the culture of the team's city.

Features of the new jerseys include:
- “Arizona Born” collar graphic: The Diamondbacks are the only major sports team born with Arizona in its name, so this motto pays homage to a legacy rooted in the desert and built for the entire state.
- Flag patch: The flag patch unites the team and its state, a symbol of its unwavering connection.
- “Established” jock tag: The mark celebrates the establishment of the team in1998 and Arizona as the 48th state.
- Jersey details: The jersey pays tribute to the team’s history, blending elements of the original pinstripes with a snakeskin pattern.
- Sleeve trim: The sleeve features a modern interpretation of the distinctive braiding from the team’s classic alternate uniforms.
- The cap: The “S” logo makes its on-field cap debut, standing out in the classic purple and teal colorway.
The new design is also reflected in a bunch of new merchandise in the Arizona Diamondbacks Team Shop at Chase Field and on the official MLB website. Fans can choose from more than 60 items, including baseball caps ($34 to $48), crew socks ($20 to $24), men's polos ($75), decorative license plates ($30), bomber jackets ($200) and jerseys ($155 to $415).
This is the second iteration of the Serpientes jersey produced by Nike City Connect. The first debuted in 2024 and featured black lettering on a tan background.
