To celebrate the new issue, the local publication is putting on a series of weekend events starting with an official launch party at 7 p.m. on Thursday, October 2, at FilmBar. Guests of the launch party can purchase a copy of Four Chamber's second issue for $12, mix and mingle with the literary community, and enjoy pop-up readings from the magazine's contributors.

On Friday, October 3, Four Chambers and Rosemarie Dombrowski will bring poet Travis Mossotti and musical act Where Are All the Buffalo to Roosevelt Growhouse for a free show from 7 to 9 p.m.

The weekend events continue with Four Chambers at Phoenix Public Market's farmers market, featuring readings by Shawnte Orion and Bill Campana at 10 a.m. on Sunday, October 4. Later that day, Four Chambers will host a final reading with excerpts from the new issue at Songbird Coffee and Tea House from 7 to 9 p.m.
