Actress Marisa Tomei, best known for her roles in 1992’s “My Cousin Vinny” and 2008’s “The Wrestler,” is scheduled to appear at the pop-culture event from June 6 to 8 at the Phoenix Convention Center.
It will be her first appearance at Fan Fusion.
News of Tomei’s appearance was announced on Tuesday on Facebook in the Blue Ribbon Army fan group.
While Tomei is most famous for her critically acclaimed performance as Mona Lisa Vito in “Vinny” — which won her an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress — her acting resume includes lauded roles in 1992’s “Chaplin,” 2001’s “In the Bedroom” and 2007’s “Before the Devil Knows You're Dead.”
Tomei joined the Marvel Cinematic Universe in 2016 as May Parker (a.k.a. Aunt May) in “Captain America: Civil War,” reprising the role in “Spider-Man: Homecoming,” “Avengers: Endgame” and other MCU films.
She’s the latest addition to Fan Fusion’s already stacked list of celebrity guests for 2025. Previously announced names include “Married... with Children” and “Futurama” star Katey Sagal, Anthony Daniels from the "Star Wars" saga, “Star Trek: The Next Generation” actors Jonathan Frakes and Brent Spiner, character actor Ron Perlman and View Askewniverse director Kevin Smith.

Square Egg Entertainment, the company behind Fan Fusion, has yet to announce specific details about Tomei's appearance.As with other celebrity guests, attendees will have the opportunity to purchase autographs and photo ops with Tomei.
Tickets for Phoenix Fan Fusion 2025 are available now at phoenixfanfusion.com/pricing. Single-day admission is $49 per person for June 6 and 8 and $69 for June 7. A full-event pass covering all three days is $99 per person.
VIP admission is $595 and includes earlybird entry to celebrity panels, a $100 credit for branded Fan Fusion merchandise and access to dedicated autograph lines.
