It's in a health club but not hung up on the concept. Sure, there are expected gimmicks (a "Body for Life" daily health menu) and an honest-to-goodness water sommelier, but the backbone is casual, homemade American and Asian dishes. The stuff is really good — and cheap — terrific French dip, burgers, firecracker spring rolls, meat loaf, and filet mignon. The quiet, relaxed atmosphere is a definite plus.
