This venerable Scottsdale institution’s floor-to-ceiling overhaul of earlier this year turned an old favorite into just another nicely lighted, neatly decorated downtown restaurant. Problems with early versions of the menu led to a house-cleaning of chef and staff, and a new menu, management, and kitchen crew are promised this summer.
