Join Unexpected Art Gallery during Phoenix Artlink's First Friday event on Feb. 5. On the first Friday of every month, thousands of people take to the streets of downtown Phoenix for a self-guided art walk. The monthly event features gallery exhibits, street performers, outdoor vendors and more. Unexpected Art Gallery opened their doors in the Grand Avenue Arts District in November of 2015. The gallery is so named for the "unexpected" pieces housed in the space that are not traditionally found in many other galleries. The space features more than 550 framed works of art, 10,000 art prints and hundreds of other worldly artifacts and antiques.
