Both men have long, detailed histories of being absolute clowns. They say anything to get morons to like them, knowing that their drooling fans will always be on their side.

One of these men has "investigated" President Obama's birth certificate, held an Elvis-themed party at a jail, as well as an inmate coloring contest, and acts like Steven Seagal is his sidekick.

The other claimed he'd be "dead or in jail" if Obama got re-elected, blames shooting victims for their own deaths (if they didn't have guns), who also spoke for his urge to shoot people coming into the country illegally, and suggested that people decapitate Democrats -- in a metaphorical kind of way.

Knowing what you know about these two fellas, who's the bigger clown?
