There're deals on pizza and wine, beer and burgers, and all day happy hours for those looking to celebrate (or you know, the opposite).

On Tax Day all Serrano’s locations become a taco-special speakeasy. Nothing is actually different, but if you tell the waiter “tax day” you can get a taco, rice, and beans for $4.15 today.
