A round-up of tasty morsels from Valley food blogs.

We met the friendly and well-educated-in-the-world-of coffee men from Mulch Coffee at the Stephanie Izard Goat Tour dinner and it appears that they are pouring a mean iced coffee at the south Scottsdale farmers' market. Mulch Coffee currently features multiple roasters, find out who they are in this post over at ArizonaCoffee.com.

Jess Harter of Mouth by Southwest visited the inaugural Arizona Salsa Festival in Chandler this last weekend. Ten bucks bought him a bag of chips to use to sample the salsas. Find out the whole sparse story over on his blog.

The Sweet Life Garden, one of the locations on  Arcadia's Edible Garden Tour in December, shared the story of their Kieffer pear tree and its first fruiting after 8 years. They also shared a cravable recipe for pear clafoutis.
