This week's we're bringing you something a little different than the usual offal fare. The charming French bistro, Petite Maison, has announced its first-ever Offal Halloween Dinner!
On October 31st, PM will open its doors to offal-loving ghouls intent on gobblin' up a different sort of menu. In celebration of the mischievous Halloween season, the chef has crafted a decadent four-course menu celebrating the most mysterious of meats.
The thought of foie gras crème brulee is already making our mouths water, but we'll let Petite Maison's impressive Offal Halloween Dinner menu fully lure you to the dark side.

First Course: Country Style Head Cheese with Grilled Rustic Bread, Cumberland Sauce and Spicy Mustard Wine pairing: Igni Blanc/Colombard - '08 UBY - Cote de Gascogne
Second Course:
Trotter and Sweetbread Crepinette with Fried Chicharones
Wine pairing: Pinot Noir - '07 Latour Domaine de Valmoissine - Burgundy
Third Course:
Sous Vide Veal Tongue with Crispy Bone Marrow and Foie Gras Jus
Wine pairing: Cabernet/Shiraz - '07 Villa San-Juliette - Paso Robles
Dessert:
Sonoma Foie Gras Crème Brulee
Wine pairing: Sauternes - '05 Maison Nicolas Reserve - Sauternes
The four course dinner will run you $49, with optional wine pairings for an additional $25.
