So yeah, it's, um, like totally the day before our big 2011 Pie Social. We figured we'd remind you just in case you hadn't been paying attention to the blog for the past month or were stuck under a rock or in some sort of an accident that had erased all of your memory except for that tiny part that still remembers how to read and make pies (or at least eat them).

We have heard from more then a couple of our pie making friends that they still don't know what they're baking. WTF, people?! You have all of, like, 24 hours to stick something in the oven.

Here are your final three pie suggestions. There are no doubt going to be more pumpkins pies then we can count on two hands. Make yours memorable and start baking!

First up is that beautiful Chai Pumpkin Pie pictured above. Put away the generic pumpkin pie spice -- this standout pie is flavored with nutmeg and Chai tea. Jump over to cookingontheside.com for the recipe.

Not up for Chai? What about Butterscotch Pumpkin? It's made with real butter, caramelized brown sugar and actual scotch. Could this be your pie? Click here to check out the recipe.

Okay, okay here is your freakin' cupcake! Someone is going to bring cupcakes -- it's going to happen. If you're going to be "that guy" then at least make Pumpkin Pie Cupcakes. These squishy little pie-cakes are so good, we doubt anyone will be complaining. The recipe is right here.
