Honey lovers, take note: From now until the end of this month, JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort and Spa is offering a full menu featuring the sweet stuff. The stonegrill restaurant in the resort will be offering up seasonal dishes and a cocktail to pair with them using on-site harvested honey.

Nothing goes better with fall flavors than a good dose of honey and the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort is utilizing the 150,000 bees that live on site and putting them to work this month. That's because the resort's stonegrill restaurant is featuring an all-honey menu.

Here's what's on the line-up:

Honey-Berry Smash Cocktail with muddled strawberry, basil, fresh lime, Partida Silver Tequila, and ginger beer ($12)
Roasted Fall Harvest Salad with Tuscan kale, butternut squash, beets, pecans, goat cheese, and honey-balsamic vinaigrette ($10)
Applewood-Smoked Pork Tenderloin with corn and sweet potato hash and honey habanero barbeque sauce ($24)
Orange Blossom Honey Cake with raspberry gelee, almond-honey brittle, and frozen honey Greek yogurt ($8)

You can order the dishes on the menu as a prix fixe for $35, which does not include the cocktail, or you can order them individually. For reservations call 480-293-3988 or visit the hotel's website for more information.
