Lon's SanTan Beer Dinner and Cake Batter Martinis in Today's Eater's Digest

Lon's Last Beer Dinner

This Thursday August 4, Lon's at the Hermosa is teaming up with Chandler's SanTan Brewing Company for the last dinner of their summer series. The beer dinner features a crafted four-course meal from head chef Jeremy Pacheco paired with several beers from SanTan. Start with beer braised cockles and beer battered soft shell crab then dine on a barley fed pork duo and finish off you meal with a fresh Schnepf's Farm apple crisp. Dinner starts at 6:30 p.m. $49++ per person. Reservations can be made by calling 602-955-7878.


Martini Monday
Oh yes that beautiful cocktail picture above is none other than a Cake Batter Martini. Our favorite lady over at HowSweetEats.com came up with this cupcake-meets-cocktail recipe and we would like to thank her in advance for making our Tuesday just a little bit better.
