Summer Dine Out Deal
Have you heard about the Great Arizona Summer Dine-Out program? It's a pretty sweet deal for those of you who tend to eat out a couple times a week. From now through September 1st, join the Summer Dine-Out program's club for $20, pick a restaurant from the list, visit them Tuesday - Thursday for their special mid-week pre-fixe meal and be sure to hang onto your receipts. When you get home, stick them in the fancy envelope the program sent you. When you are done saving receipts, pop the envelope in the mail. For every four verified receipts you send in, the Dine-Out program will send you a gift certificate for $25 to one of the participating restaurants (up to four per household). For more information and to register, hop over to summerdineout.com
We're not quite sure if this sounds amazing or disgusting. It's a breakfast salad. It has all of the breakfast fixings -- eggs, bacon, cinnamon toast, and raisins -- but it's served on a bed of spinach and then covered in a maple syrup vinaigrette. Yep. Breakfast salad. Click here for the recipe and then let us know if this is a culinary breakthrough or breakfast tragedy.
