A Look Inside Chef Chris Bianco's New Restaurant, Tratto

James Beard Award-winning chef Chris Bianco and his staff prepare the restaurant for opening night.
On Wednesday night, world-famous pizzaiolo Chris Bianco debuts his new Tratto restaurant at Town & Country shopping center in Phoenix. The restaurant will be the chef's first to not serve pizza, but offers a more refined dining experience, a full bar, and a menu of top-quality Italian fare.
