New Times photographer Jacob Tyler Dunn was lucky enough to have the opportunity to lurk behind the scenes and watch the culinary geniuses of Spain's El Celler de Can Roca, considered one of the best restaurants in the world, mount Thursday night's invitation-only dinner at the Four Seasons Resort in Scottsdale.
