July First Friday in Phoenix — From Murals to Musicians

First Friday may have started as an art walk. But nowadays it feels more like a street fair, especially along Roosevelt Row, where we spotted poets, bands, artists, and murals on July 5. Over on Grand Avenue, highlights included the official unveiling of Maggie Keane's Prince mural, complete with two round mirrors transformed into sunglasses. Here's a look back at the night in all its glory.
