We Celebrate Hatch Chile Season with a Day of Green Pepper Bliss

Chelsea's Kitchen has lots of great decor for the roasting festival.
Right now, it's a glorious time in the southwest: Hatch chile season. On Saturday September 1, Chelsea's Kitchen kicked off its third annual chile roast. There were six custom dishes packed full of peppers from Hatch, New Mexico. Attendees were also able to bring home five-pound bags of roasted chiles, fresh from their turn in the fiery tumbler.
