While putting on a fake mustache and glasses might technically count as "dressing up," there are some in Phoenix who take their costumes far more seriously. Like putting months into their cosplay creation serious. Thankfully, we've already had plenty of opportunities in Phoenix this year for these pros to show off their skills, including the ultimate costume showcase outside of Halloween, Phoenix Comicon.
