Oatmeal Cream Pie with Vietnamese Coffee from Phoenix Public Market won Best Presentation as well as the People's Choice Award.
The seventh annual Roosevelt Row/New Times Pie Social was a sunny success, with blue skies, live music and plenty of pie. Fourteen "celebrity" chefs competed to win the top prize, "Best in Show," which went to Welcome Diner's Casey Hopkins. Check out the rest of the winners at phxfood.com.
