The Half Off Happy Hour at The Napoleon

The Napoleon Cigar Club feels a bit like a time machine. The atmosphere is classically elegant. The bar top is lined with ash trays, which are utilized by guests and employees alike. Their waitresses and bartenders appear to have been snatched straight out of a speakeasy. The Half Off Happy Hour goes down Tuesday - Friday every week and features a full bar worth of half off liquor.
