Mariscos Sinaloa does a bang-up job with seafood, from fresh-cut coconuts brimming with chilled shrimp and octopus cocktail, to fabulous fish filets and whole fish prepared a variety of ways, including Veracruz-style (smothered in spicy pepper sauce) and especial del chef (blanketed in rich cream sauce with shrimp and slices of banana pepper).
