Singh Farms

Despite being in the middle of a desert, the greater Phoenix area has a handful of wonderful farms. One such beauty is Singh Farms. Nestled under canopies of mature mesquite trees, the soft ground produces herbs, exotic plants, and tasty vegetables. The farmers market on the premises is open every Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. to sell freshly harvested produce, dips, oils, honeys, and jams — and artisanal MJ bread to serve along with it all. The market also carries Hayden Flour Mills products, including the pizza dough blend made from local heritage grains. Owners Lee and Ken Singh not only provide the Valley with top-notch local food, but they also take pride in educating the public on the traditions of nutritious food.
