Now that embattled Pinal County Sheriff Paul Babeu isn't running for Congress in Arizona's Fourth Congressional District, the race is down to two Republicans -- Congressman Paul Gosar, and state Senator Ron Gould.

Babeu's, um, eccentric behavior provided most of the entertainment in the race, and Gould's new video spot probably is the most exciting thing that's happened since Babeu's dropped out. (Tip of the hat to Arizona News Service's Jim Small for pointing out the video.)

There's a banjo, a faithful dog, cowboy hats, a pickup truck, a long white beard, Gould's famous flat-top haircut, and of course, a shotgun.

As you can see in the video above, there's no clay disc in Gould's trap -- that's H.R. 3590, the "Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act," also known as "Obamacare."

No matter how 'Merican Gould's ad is -- which Gould's campaign says is hitting television sets today -- it still pales in comparison to that of former Alabama Agriculture Commissioner candidate Dale Peterson:

'Merica.
