Make your reservations now for next week's Yelp Eats 2011. From July 11th through July 17th, popular valley restaurants will be dishing out a few of their favorite apps, entrees and desserts for half price. That means you can snag Cien Agave's ceviche for $5.50,  Coup des Tartes' peppercorn crusted filet mignon for just $16.50 or BLD's rocky road bread pudding for $3. Sign us up! Nuked Cake
Microwave mini cakes seem to be all the rage right now. Understandable. We don't plan on touching our oven till October. But how do they taste? Has anyone made cake in their microwave? How's the texture? We're going to give this recipe from Romanian blog Papa Bun a shot. If the cake doesn't turn out, at least we got a good laugh out of the translated blog!
