We tried all but two of the taco offerings; the Poblano Pepper was our favorite. Smoky, hot and spicy — grilled peppers and onion with a mild Mexican white cheese, the grilled juices and heat..oh my. It was so good we had a second helping. The next favorite was the Cochinita Pibil, the house signature dish, marinated pork slow-roasted, n street taco format for $1.50, you can’t go wrong with this. Specially when paired with by far the best of the three we tried, the Cadillac Margarita. Chunky salted rim, lime and tequila. Makes us almost happy it’s summer….
