Obviously, this lady knows a thing or two about creative cooking. After all, not many of us could make a meal out of a tub of Country Crock, ketchup, and pasta noodles. But Mama June can. It's a pretty simple recipe, with just two ingredients: canned cranberry sauce (and Mama June recommends the straight-up jelly variety without any of those pesky pieces of fruit in them) and sugar. What's more, the only tools you'll need are a pan and a can opener --- which, by the way, is Mama June's most-used kitchen appliance.
Cooking up a batch of cranberry casserole is as simple as cutting up your cylinder of cranberry sauce, layering it with sugar and popping the whole pan into the fridge. After a few hours, you'll have a perfect side dish or dessert for a big ol' bowl of "sketti."
