Ghouls just want to have fun.
Costumed revelry was in full effect on Thursday, October 31, at numerous Halloween parties across the Valley. The biggest affairs were happening at Crescent Ballroom, which hosted Sean Watson's annual costume ball, as well as spots like Gracie's Tax Bar in downtown Phoenix and El Hefe and Sunbar in downtown Tempe. Here's a look at who was celebrating on All Hallows Eve around town.
