House music fans, party monsters, local artists, and anyone else in the mood to dance spent their Thanksgiving night getting down inside the Monarch Theatre during the annual RedMonkey celebration. Having launched in 1996, it’s become a staple of the holiday in Phoenix over the last two decades and usually features renowned house music DJs and producers in the mix, including locals like Pete “SuperMix” Salaz. Such was the case at this year’s edition, which took place on Thursday, November 26, and was headlined by legendary deep house artist Joe Claussell.
