Halloween is one of the biggest party occasions of the year, hands down. As such, countless costume parties, masquerades, and events went down across metro Phoenix, particularly in nightlife hubs like Scottsdale and Tempe. New Times hit up some of the biggest and wildest costume parties of Halloween 2016 that took place from Friday, October 28, to Sunday, October 30, including the Wicked Ball at Talking Stick Resort, the Haunted Hotel Ball at the Saguaro, Monster’s Block Party at El Hefe in Tempe, Haunted Hollywood at Maya Day & Nightclub, and other spots.
