Now more than ever, urban farms have the chance to impact the eating and shopping habits of the greater Phoenix area — as we reported in the feature story "Growing Up — Urban Farms Have the Potential to Transform Phoenix." Here's a look at two of the urban farms highlighted in the story and the many volunteers who tend to them: Spaces of Opportunity Garden and the Garden of Tomorrow, both in southern Phoenix.
