This high-end steak house specializes in massive, thick-cut prime-grade steaks seared to perfection at scorchingly high temps with just the basics added: salt, whole butter, and a bit of pepper. The T-bone is about as good as meat can get, and the filet mignon isn't far behind. Excellent à la carte sides seal the deal.
