Make your reservations for this Thursday's Patz & Hall Wine Dinner at the Camelback Inn's BLT Steak. The exotic five-course meal features unique dishes such as a Acorn Fed Pork Rillette with Preserved Meyer Lemon Mustard, Kumquat Scented Risotto with Monkfish, Maine Lobster and Rocket Arugula, Crispy Skate Wing with Rock Shrimp Sausage, Grass Fed Rib Eye and Mandarin Chocolate Cake for dessert.
