It's pretty, isn't it? Even you haters have to admit that photo kinda makes you wanna stop hatin' on the poor cephalopod mullusc, aka octopus. That beautiful salad is made up of tender marinated bits of tentacled meat tossed with pea sprouts and julienned carrots. Wanna give it a shot? Click here for the recipe. Quick tip - if you want really tender octopus (which you do), double (or triple) bag the octopus then give it a whirl in your washing machine on the spin cycle.
