Hungry for for your early morning serving of food news, with no preservatives or additives?

Kids Summer Fun
Tuesdays from 10 a.m. till noon through July 27th at Peter Piper Pizza are Summer Kids Days! Peter Piper Pizza and local art museums are teaming up to put a little education into your child's summer. Education cleverly disguised as super fun craft projects topped with pizza and skeeball, of course.

Each week there's a new and exciting theme and each kid will receive a free child's pass (with purchase of an adult ticket) to one of the many participating local sponsors such as ASU Gammage, Diamondbacks games, and the Arizona Wildlife Zoo.

Today's theme is "I am a Rock Star." Dress your kid up in his or her best rock start gear and get ready to rock and roll! For $4.99 your child gets two slices of pizza, a small drink, four tokens and a chance to participate in that day's craft project. Click here to find a location near you.

Heirloom Tomato Dinner
Wednesday, June 24th, join Binkley's Restaurant in Cave Creek for the McClendon Farms Heirloom Tomato Dinner. The seven course meal will start off with a passed hors d'oeuvres reception at 6:30 and continue through the night with gazpacho, tomato braised monkfish and other mouthwatering tomato creations. Cost: $85 per guest for dinner and $35 for the optional wine pairing plus tax and gratuity. Click here to see the full menu.

Chocolate Eclairs
Guess what today is? That's right! It's National Chocolate Eclair Day. (Who comes up with these? Could someone please tell us?) If you are daring and have a lot of time on your hands, give this really complicated chocolate eclair recipe a try. Or go the easy route and hit up your favorite bakery.
