Change seems to be the only constant in Roosevelt Row, a downtown Phoenix neighborhood named one of the country's best arts districts. New development abounds, bringing significant shifts in the urban landscape. But at least one thing hasn't changed: the prevalence of murals. Roosevelt Row is a great place to find murals created by some of the best-known artists in the Valley. So we've put together a sampling from the area, which runs from Seventh Street to Seventh Avenue, roughly between McDowell Road and Jefferson Street. But remember, murals come and go. So keep an eye out for new works next time you're in Roosevelt Row, and watch this space for more mural photos as the Roosevelt Row mural scene continues to evolve. Updated August 13, 2019.
