Tryst Café also does a simple lunch justice with its roasted beet salad with hearty, sweet, and still “close to the earth” flavor pairing perfectly with goat cheese, arugula, and honey lime vinaigrette. The Roast Beast sandwich is just as tasty. You’ll need both hands to dip the stack of thinly sliced filet tips, pepper jack, and grilled red onions on ciabatta into the warm au jus.
