It just might be impossible to stifle a smile when an ethereal pink ball of cotton candy appears at the dinner table.
Nope, you won't find it on the dessert menu at Noca, but don't be surprised if you find yourself nibbling on pieces of the fluffy cloud, letting it disappear on your tongue. Consider it a sort of dessert appetizer, something to get your mouth watering before you dig into a plate of chocolate pudding cake or warm doughnut holes.
My out of town guests were downright giddy at the sight of cotton candy. So fun!
