There's no denying that pizza is the perfect food. Rosa, blanco, or pesto-topped, we love them all. But what we love even more is a pizzeria that can offer wood-fired pies and pastas that are equally as good. Enter Pizza A Metro, and their artful pasta and protein entrees that really tickle our taste buds. The Pollo Lombardo in particular is the perfect balance between al dente pasta and creamy chicken.
Pizza A Metro's Pollo Lombardo is a tender sautéed chicken breast topped with wilted spinach and bell peppers. Take that tasty trio and smother it in fresh mozzarella that stretches a foot long upon first bite. Add a rich and creamy cognac sauce, and you have a chicken dish that is unforgettably rich and totally worth the indulgence. And don't neglect the penne side dish either, because Pizza A Metro definitely hasn't. Al dente penne cooked to perfection and tossed with a panna rosa sauce that ups the richness of the dish even more. Now that's amore.
