A new Whole Foods Market, the world's largest retailer of natural and organic foods, is being built at The Shops at Town & Country, the shopping center (and home of Chris Bianco's newest venture, Italian Restaurant) on the corner of Camelback Road and 20th Street in Central Phoenix.
Set to open in the spring of 2013, Sara Putnam, Metro Marketing Supervisor of Whole Foods in Arizona, tells me that, like all Whole Foods Markets, the Phoenix location will be "individually designed and operated for the needs of the specific community it serves."
Putnam added that no other store details were available at this time.
The waiting, for Whole Foods fans, will be the hardest part.
