The Deftones and Rise Against brought a great night of alt-rock jams to Ak-Chin Pavilion last night as they ended their co-headlining tour in the Valley. The Deftones — the only band to successfully shed the nu-metal tag — blasted through a career spanning set. Rise Against brought a ton of energy to their politically driven punk rock and had the crowd singing along to almost every song. Photos by Jim Louvau.
