Arizona Girls Make Tearful YouTube Apology for Racist Video, Blame Being Drunk

"Being drunk is not an excuse," one says. "Believe it or not, we have changed. We never thought something like this would go so far."

Their apology -- close to 11 minutes -- details their apologies to anyone affected and to students who were "falsely accused" at Arcadia High School. Following the release of the video, the school canceled the dance and pep rally for fear of retaliation

The girls did not reveal their identities and maintained that they aren't actually racist -- just in a "bad place."
