Since there's really no better accessory than a cocktail in your hand, each week Jackalope Ranch brings you a tasty adult beverage from one of our favorite drinking establishments, complete with recipe. This week: Nos. 35 & 63 at Windsor.

The low-key, ultra-hip restaurant/bar on Central Avenue in Phoenix has an interesting cocktail menu -- no frilly names, just numbers and ingredients. 
No. 35 is a mixture of excellent Scotch, average Scotch, French liqueur, a lemon twist, and No. 63 combines bourbon, fresh grapefruit, and honey syrup.

No. 35: 

 - 1 oz Dewars 
- 1 oz St.Germain 
- 0.5 oz Mist Laphroaig 
- Fresh Lemon 

 No. 63: ​ 
- 1.5 oz Buffalo Trace Bourbon 
- Honey syrup, to taste 
- Fresh grapefruit 

 Method: 
- Both shaken, poured, and enjoyed in two glasses with fruit garnishes atop the Windsor's neighborhood bar.
