Get ready to celebrate, Arizona, because Dos Cabezas WineWorks is about to release its latest batch of Sparkling Pink wine.

You might remember the popular pink wine from last year — that is, you might if you got your hands on one of the highly sought-after cans. After debuting at Devoured Culinary Classic in 2015, the carbonated rosé wine quickly gained fans, who made it difficult for the winery and local restaurants to keep Sparkling Pink in stock.

In hopes of avoiding the issue this year, Todd Bostock, who co-owns Dos Cabezas with his wife, Kelly, says the winery produced nearly four times as much Sparkling Pink this go round. That means along with the roster of local restaurants who served it last year — including Southern Rail, Beckett's Table, and FnB — more restaurants also will be able to carry the wine.

The wine, which received New Times' Best Rose in a Can last year, comes in a 16-ounce aluminum can, perfect for sharing and for travel. (Post-hike bubbles, anyone?) Tasting like strawberry and grapefruit, the sparkling rosé pairs well with most Southwestern dishes and is perfect for sipping poolside during warmer months.

Bostock says the 2015 varietal will be similar to last year's, featuring a similar blend. "But you never know," he says. "You don't know until it sings," meaning the wine will have to speak for itself once blended.

To celebrate the release, Dos Cabezas will host a party at the winery's Sonoita tasting room from 2 to 4:30 p.m. Saturday, February 13. Guests will receive a Govino champagne flute with the Dos Cabezas logo, as well as two glasses of 2015 Sparkling Pink and "sparkle friendly bites." Attire is listed as "Sonoita Fancy."

The only catch: There are just 60 tickets available for the tasting party, so act fast. Tickets cost $55 and can be purchased online. Dos Cabezas has stated the party will happen regardless of wind, rain, or snow in southern Arizona.
