Tempe residents with a soft spot for pancakes and coffee will be happy to hear that the wait is almost over for the newest location of Snooze, an A.M. Eatery. The second Valley location of the Denver-based chain will open its doors next week on Wednesday, December 10.

Snooze fans can look forward to the familiar menu of pancakes, benedicts, one-of-a-kind brunch creations such as breakfast pot pie, as well as the restaurant's signature retro-futuristic decor.

Snooze Tempe will be located at 615 South College Avenue Suite 103 at the intersection of College Avenue and 6th Street. The restaurant will share the renovated Art Annex Building with Postino Wine Bar, which opened earlier this year.

The 3,500-square-foot space will offer a colorful atmosphere, Snooze's recognizable 'tilt-a-wheel' circular booths, and plenty of community tables to accommodate large groups and single diners.

As at the other Snooze locations, you'll be able to enjoy free coffee and cornhole while you wait for your table.

On the opening day you can head to the restaurant for a ASU-themed Pancake-Of-The-Day: a Sticky Bun Pancake with Arizona Pecan Crumble and Spiced Pumpkin Cream Sauce & Prickly Pear Cranberry Coulis. A portion of the day's proceeds will also go to benefit charities including the Tempe Community Action Agency and Project C.U.R.E.
