Oenophiles and casual wine enthusiasts alike looking for an exquisite bottle or a new spot to sit back and sip vino by the glass can now add Wine Warehouse of Scottsdale to the list.

Offering an extensive selection of wine and beer as well as a bar, the locally owned Wine Warehouse of Scottsdale, which opened Thursday, September 12, is located at 17025 North Scottsdale Road (Scottsdale and Bell Roads), close to Kierland Commons.

Here's what wine fans can expect.

Describing itself as "a cross between a modern warehouse, a retail store, a social club, and a wine bar," Wine Warehouse of Scottsdale offers discounted bottles, six-packs, cases, and barrels of wine and craft beer in addition to daily specials and events. On a budget? The store also offers mix-and-match price point cases of wine.

Beer and wine tasting happen daily. Wine Warehouse's happy hour takes place from 3 to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday. For more information, visit their Facebook page.
