Heads up Tempe and Scottsdale residents: You now have a new way to get food without having to get up from the couch.

As of today, Favor, an Austin-based personal delivery app, is available in Tempe and Scottsdale. The company delivers to metro Phoenix neighborhoods including University Heights, Sunset, Clark Park in Tempe, and Arcadia, Downtown, Old Town, and South Scottsdale, according to a press release. Delivery service in both Tempe and Scottsdale will be available 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., 7 days a week.

Here's how it works: The Favor apps lets you commandeer a "Runner" to complete various tasks — that could be anything from picking up lunch from your favorite local restaurant to bringing you your groceries or laundry. Delivery times average 35 minutes, and delivery fees in Tempe and Scottsdale will be priced at a flat rate of $5.

So, all you have to do to get your next meal delivered to your front door or desk or car is download the Favor app from iTunes or the Google Play store

As an added bonus, first-time customers can get a free delivery by using the promo code "FAVORAZ" at checkout.
