If you attend Talking Stick Resort’s New Year’s Day Ballroom Brunch, you will not be one of those people. Among other dishes, the brunch buffet will feature French toast, an iced seafood display, shrimp and crab gumbo, and a special station where a restaurant chef will cook you an omelet or dish out chunks of maple-glazed pork belly and herb-rubbed New York strip steak. The diet can start on the second.
