Hotel Valley Ho's ZuZu will host a Brew Master Dinner Series on Tuesday night. Attendees will enjoy four brews from Colorado's New Belgium Brewing Company, which will be paired with an hors d’oeuvre and a three-course menu of pan-seared scallops, house bacon-wrapped beef tenderloin with creamy risotto and roasted cauliflower, and a caramel macadamia nut tart. Scottsdale's Lawrence Dunham Vineyards Wine Gallery will host its first Sip and Learn Workshop of 2016 this week. During this first session, winemaker Curt Dunham will teach guests about the winery's signature wine, Petite Sirah.
